Odd, I just tested the 320 driver again on my windows 10 pc (did a clean install a few months ago). I downloaded the driver, ran the.exe and it placed the drivers in c: adaptec scsi. I was able to select the card in device manager and update/install the driver (selecting c: adaptec scsi as the source folder), and Windows 10 recognized the card.

The Adaptec AHA-2950U2B - Ultra2 SCSI host adapter employs the Adaptec Ultra2 technology which is implemented via its device driver. The Ultra2 technology supported by the device driver doubles the data transfer rates of SCSI up to approximately 40 MB per second in 8-bit mode while up to 80 MB per second in 16-bit mode. The Adaptec AHA-2950U2B - Ultra2 SCSI host adapter has a PCI interface that is 64-bit. This PCI interface with the aid of the device driver addresses the requirements of next gen 64-bit servers and workstations while also integrating other performance boosting functions. This device employs a RISC processor 20 MIPS PhaseEngine that can off load I/O command processing coming from the computer's CPU. It can also double up to 512 bytes the FIFO buffer needed for more proficient usage of the PCI bus.
